Tuition and Fees

Tuition is due the 15th of the month prior (no invoice will be sent, so please mark your calendars!). During the enrollment process, you will be asked to create an account on myProcare.com, the software that we use for contact and accounting purposes. When you have made your account, you will be able to access account balances and statements. Tuition is based on the annual cost of providing quality care to your child, and divided into 12 monthly installments. Because of this, tuition is not adjusted for months in which we have school closures for holidays, breaks or student free days. ACH

We offer online tuition payments through ACH transfer. Please complete the ACH form available on the forms page, and return it to the school office with a void check attached. Payments will be processed the 15th of the month prior. A reminder will be in the weekly email that we have billed your account.

Checks

No personal checks are accepted. We will accept checks mailed from your bank to 1020 N Brand Blvd, Glendale, CA 91202.

New tuition rates are effective August 1 each year.
